As long as free speech is not used by someone to cause physical violence directly, there shouldn't be any restrictions. People should have the right to express themselves fully and wholly. Time and place are another matter altogether. Social media should be the most open place, with only one litmus test; is it directly responsible for physical harm to any person or people? Private residences, businesses, schools, and public places where people physically gather will need guidelines to not infringe on people's freedoms.
