Investing in New York is a death wish. O'Leary said there is no chance he puts his money in NY and is instead investing in "winner states" like Oklahoma, North Dakota and West Virginia. "New Yorkers should be concerned. The fine people of New York should ask themselves, why are we such a loser state?"
