I think the issue is not about creating a climate where a president thinks he can commit murders and other crimes, as some of the justices imply. The president should follow the law. The concern is, without protection, a president's political enemies twisting his lawful actions into alleged crimes by distorting his supposed motivations, etc. Thoughts?
