Looks like 3mdeb has Dell desktops back up for preorder that have been outfitted with their Dasharo BIOS. They can have a third gen i5 or i7 CPU, up to 32GB RAM, and can have the Intel ME neutered. Dasharo is by far the best Coreboot variant I have used.
