Obama removed it 1 year before his presidential campaign, so he was 100% aware of its existence and the fact that it might compromise his candidacy. He either wrote it himself or - at the very least - provided the information therein. The idea that someone else wrote it and just made up entirely false claims, which Obama never read and never noticed, is absurd. If there had been anything factually wrong, he would have demanded a correction.
