BEHOLD! Practice Chicken!

I actually managed to get some writing done this weekend. Also, it would appear that I've more or less been volunteered to do a chicken for a Frensgiving thing next weekend. As such, I decided to roast a Practice Chicken. Being that about three quarters of this bird (without sides) will feed one Rob, I think I'll have to do two.
