THREE Branches of the U.S. Government

At the Constitutional Convention of 1787, James Madison offered the THREE Branches of the U.S. Federal Government to ensure a separation of powers: Legislative, Executive & Judicial, which he borrowed from the Isaiah 33:22: “For the LORD is our judge, [Judicial] The LORD is our lawgiver, [Legislative] The LORD is our king; [Executive] He will save us.” In 1812 he signed a Fed bill “An Act for the relief of the Bible Society of Philadelphia” which was approved by Congress on February 2, 1813.
