For those of you who read my article The Year in review 2024 I have a sad update. My Aunt Pat passed away this morning 3/15/2025. It's a hard reminder of why I chose a long time ago to live a clean life. I ask all of you out there, if you have a family member or a friend who suffers from Alcoholism get them help. If you yourself have alcoholism issues I urge you to get help. Don't destroy your body and mind the way three members of my family have,
