The "carnivore" pizza apparently is a hit with the hubby. I have made three of them this week for him. Even the dog goes crazy for it after he got a little bite of one. I changed it up a bit when making the kids fettuccine Alfredo and made him a chicken Alfredo pizza. My Alfredo sauce is cream cheese (0 carb), some Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and butter.
