Project Truck Update!: I Failed Emissions!

The project truck is coming along. Cleaned her up today, went by the DMV for paperwork. She still won't pass the DEQ emissions test, and is two years too new to be exempt. I might have to get a timing light and vacuum gauge to figure this out myself.
