So I just upgraded my laptop to the latest Windows 10 release, the anniversary one I think. It's the one that isn't automatic yet and requires you to download an update piece. The very first thing I see when it comes back up is a window that obviously doesn't know how to format text inside of its own constraints. I'm pretty sure there's some sort of "OK" or "Close" button in the bottom right hand corner of the window outside of the box. Notice the X is grayed out. I hope this isn't a bad harbinger of things to come. Fortunately my laptop is a secondary system for specific and mobile user while my Mac is my primary work machine. I'm going to assume for a bit that having a 4K monitor on it is at least partially at fault, I notice oddities in 4K that don't seem to affect 2560x1440 or below, I think the software world is still catching up to the hardware.
