Would that I could extricate myself from the tangle of human affairs; that I could leave the company of quietly desperate men. Alas, were I to do so, I would become more alone in the world than I already am. This would be even greater a burden than the one I carry presently; that of the brokenness of the human condition and it's utter disrepair, and that it is outside of my influence to change, and that I have naught left but to endure,; to bravely bear the tangle of human affairs.
