Morality is subjective and relative, which is why we must make value judgements to establish the superior moral position. John Stuart Mill's harm principle is the standard Western metric for these value judgements: "does this hurt someone?" In my opinion, raping children hurts them and therefore any system of values that considers it morally permissible is morally inferior and we should treat it with the scorn that it deserves.
