It used to take me 10 minutes every morning to log in, and I would have to restart the computer at least once a day (another 15 minutes). Average time on the phone to IT about other issues- 30 minutes. I find nhs IT systems appalling and infuriating— Claire Farrow (@CVFarrow) September 8, 2018
