George H.W. Bush tricked Saddam Hussein into invading Kuwait by saying he wouldn't do anything about it. He then put the Kuwaiti Ambassador's daughter in front of Congress to lie about "Incubator Babies" to sell the war. Saddam had refused to do a Saudi type "Oil for Arms" deal.
