I just realized the reason I love #Minds so much (besides the fact that my relatives are not on here of course) is that it reminds me of what the internet used to be when I found out about it for the first time (for me it was 1996, high school). The excitement of exploring virgin grounds, the ceremony (and the sounds) around the (dial up) connection itself, the anticipation. The amazing weirdos and non conformists in every corner of every forum and chat room, and just the overall experience of finding different perspectives and opinions. The thrill of discovery (of new people, agendas, music, information) really made you feel like a world explorer. So I really want to thank @ottman again, for this platform, I hope we can keep it wild and free.
