I am an older gentleman now in retirement. I have paid my dues to the thieves in suits and hope that I can survive my remaining years while retaining whatever human(e)ity I have left. I don't take vaccines or meds and have not seen a Doctor in over 20 years and surprise, surprise, I am still very much alive and kicking.
I focus on the digital and physical world. The four main categories that I sieve through information is: the digital, nutrition, fitness, and mentality.
If I am not on a digital device, then I am out doing one of my endurance rucks of at least 20km with at least 10kg dry weight.
And the rest of the time (with rucks included), I am sieving through a lot vocal content (audio books and podcasts).

I love Tony Iommi.
NO RELIGION PLEASE. Religions are a symbol of INTOLERANCE: they see themselves as bearers of an absolute, right truth, and that, as such, they cannot live with other truths. And very often they result in xenophobia and racism.
NIENTE RELIGIONE PER FAVORE. Le religioni sono simbolo di INTOLLERANZA: vedono se stesse come portatrici di una verità assoluta, giusta, e che, come tale, non possono convivere con altre verità. E molto spesso sfociano in xenofobia e razzismo.
