The first ten sessions consists of 10 Mindfulnes s meditations of about 10 minutes each. But to build a practice, a habit, I have a full month of mindfulness meditations with added techniques. These meditations can be repeated until they are a part of you. Then I will have Yoga Nidra meditations for September and will record longer mindfulness meditations for October.
