I post some of the dinners I cook containing refining and experiments preparing for a unique dining project where I serve 6 course dinners for a very limited audience.
I use mostly Austrian ingredience combined with world cuisine herbs and taste palletes and also techniques. Tradition is nice but the tastes that you love superceide everything thats why I go wild with just imagining my dishes and in most cases they turn out exactly how I like them.
