I spent most of my life captive to a single-minded point of view. I likely never would have woken up had I not lost everything. I knew that I had to change but I didn't know where to begin. My life turned around when I asked myself why I didn't troubleshoot my mind in the same way I troubleshoot technical issues. While I will never be perfect, I was able to improve many of my behaviors and circumstances. I am sharing my findings in hope that others may find them useful.

Chinese Finger Trap

I have a temper. It is not hard for me to find myself in a fit of rage over trivial issues. A good example is when I buy something that requires assembly. I've had scenarios where I got angry and tried to force something to work, which only made the problem worse. The emotional trap that I've found myself in works much like the Chinese Finger Trap.
